The company was founded on September 4, 2008 by Jhondie Tito Abenaza. He started as a freelance provider of web business solutions, with his wide array of experience in the IT industry as advantage. Since the year 2002, he already have an in-depth knowledge in multimedia design, programming, software technology and project management. The company is then registered as a sole proprietor. During the global financial crisis in 2008, Imashups, a startup company, found its way to join the cloud of IT Businesses via the Internet, where they discovered the brighter side of the recession & learned that they can provide low cost technology solutions to their clients.
